Like many young teenagers,
I stumbled a few times while trying to discover what my interests were. Evidently, it was easier to find out what I did not like since not too many hobbies were able to get my attention and keep it. An unlikely job hiring lead me to Nick’s Photo Studio in my hometown of Miami, Florida. Within no time, I knew undoubtedly that my passion was to express, restore, edify, and enhance special moments captured in photographs. At the tender age of 15, of course I was not as profound as the extol Moneta Sleet Jr. or Nick Decius; but my avidity to learn more about photography and establish that caliber of potential was just as worthwhile. Over the last 9 years... I have failed then conquered a plethora of photography techniques both new and old, and read from literature that ranged from the philosophy of photography to your everyday editorial magazine.After the years of inspiration, I established my own brand, Corey Wheeler Photography in 2017. I have been able to be apart of numerous milestones that ranged from wedding, birthday, and commencement photos. I also enjoy photographing wildlife, products for branding, and sporting events. I would describe myself as an artist that creates a surreal ambiance for clients to remember a precious moment. I typically achieve this effect by shifting colors to create aesthetically pleasing content.
