  • Booking Policy

    At the time of booking, a Variable non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the CoreyWheelerPhotography policies..Sessions must be paid in full 72 hours prior to shoot date via Zelle: (407) 967-9664 or Corey_Wheeler@yahoo.com.

  • File Policy

    Image proofs are returned to client within 3 days after the session. Images take 10-14 Business days (Monday-Friday) to be edited from the time of photo selection and all balances being cleared. If the client request additional edits outside of the original package an additional 2 business days per image is reflected.

  • Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. If the session needs to be rescheduled for any reason a $50 rescheduling fee will be added to your open invoice. 24 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required to credit the deposit towards a future session.

  • Editing Policy

    Photo Editing is a part of all of our photo packages. This includes color corrections, exposure adjustments, clarity adjustments and more. All final photos that are delivered will go through either standard or premium editing. This is determined at the time of booking. Please refer below for visual examples.

  • Raw File

    A RAW file or proof is lossless, meaning it captures uncompressed data from the camera’s sensor. Sometimes referred to as a digital negative, you can think of a RAW file as the raw “ingredients” of a photo that will need to be processed in order to bring out the picture’s full potential.

  • Standard Edit

    This comes standard to any package of your choice. The editing will consist of minor skin retouch, minor flyaway removal, highlights & shadows balanced, sky enhancement, teeth whitening. Please note, it is entirely up to our editor if he/she chooses to incorporate premium aspects to standard images.

  • Premium Edit

    This is a paid add-on to any package of your choice. The editing will consist of body sculpting, color manipulation, flawless hair, flawless skin with refined texture, background color enhancement, foreground color enhancement, removal of all background distractions, and creative background editing.

  • 29 Productions is based out of Orlando, FL.

  • Yes! Any shoot located outside of the Orlando, FL area will be subject to a travel fee. The travel fee varies based on the location and the needs of the shoot. You can find more information under our add-on section when booking a session. If you don’t see your city please email us for accurate

  • All final photos and videos will be delivered through an online gallery where you can view and download.

  • Golden hour and at Night.

  • No, we do not. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery. For example, because we shoot with low apertures, sometimes we take a few extra shots to make sure we have the perfect focus. We don’t expect you to have the expertise or the time to zoom into each image to select the one with the sharpest focus, so we spend hours doing that on our end. In another example, candid laughs and emotional tears are some of the best images from the day. Unfortunately, they can also yield some unflattering facial expressions. We might snap a few extras of any of these moments to make sure we have a great shot with the ideal expression for the moment. With our expertise of processing millions of images each year, we may eliminate ones that we feel are duplicates and only deliver the best one.

  • Yes. The extent of editing or retouching is determined when booking. Please refer to our Edits vs Retouch example below.

  • The sooner, the better! Bookings tend to go quickly the closer we get to specific dates. Booking in advance will ensure you get the time and date that works best for you. We occasionally have last minute spots available, so don’t hesitate to send us a message to find out!

  • I wish that we could work with every budget! From time to time, I will try to work within a set budget if I have the date available. If you have a special circumstance like this, please message me so we can chat more! Normally I am more flexible to this on Tuesday - Thursday mornings.
